YORK CHAPTER
The York Chapter serves the Scouts of York county of the York district.
CHAPTER OFFICERS AND ADVISORS
Seth Patrick
Chapter Chief
Seth M. Patrick began as a Tiger Scout in 2015. Completing Cub Scouts, he joined Troop 219 at Saint Philip Neri and became a Patrol Scribe early on. He also became the troop Chaplain Aide and remained one for two years (four terms). He has been a Den Chief and a Patrol Leader. Currently, Seth is a troop Instructor. He joined the Order of the Arrow in 2024 Spring Fellowship and earned his Brotherhood later that year. The day he joined the OA, Seth became a Ceremonialist. Today, he is still a Ceremonialist, the Firebird Chair and the Lodge Chaplain, is a member of Crew 4213, and has staffed Cub Scout Day Camp for a number of years as well as NYLT. One of his favorite Scouting activities was attending Cripple Creek at Camp Raven Knob last summer.
Robert Mercer
Chapter Advisor
Robert Mercer was born in Florida but grew up in Alabama. He currently resides in Fort Mill, SC with Troop 250G. He had his OA ordeal in August 2008 and had his Brotherhood in May 2009.
