- Trains and organizes practice events for ceremonies and ceremonialists
- Stores and maintains ceremonial equipment
- Selects teams for ceremonies at lodge functions and conclaves

Oversees craft productions, including Elangomat necklaces and ceremonial equipment

Firebirds

Recruits members to the Firebirds Team.

Helps set up all ceremony grounds

Helps take down all ceremony grounds.

Makes sure all equipment is there:

Sashes, Sash Stand, Firepit, and Lanterns.

Firebird work is considered as service to the lodge.
